Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Moonland & Co! We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you're not satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

Returns:

  • Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns within 7 days from the date you receive your order. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or exchange.

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like underwear, swimwear, or any personalized products are non-returnable.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at themoonlandco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Return Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the items. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure a smooth return.

  3. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.
